Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is touched by a splendor with a variety of plant species and multiple colors and not forgetting its profusion of brilliant life. Half of the world’s remaining mountain gorilla population resides in this lush landscape Bwindi Forest.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 – Drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park
You will be picked up by Ganyana safari driver /guide from your hotel for early morning breakfast. You will be briefed about the whole safari before you travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which is found in the southwestern part of Uganda. Along the way there is a local drum and craft making community so you will have a visit here. Then a stopover at the Equator to take photos, also feel free to buy some crafts and souvenirs as you head to Mbarara town where you will have your lunch from. Thereafter, proceed to Bwindi whereby you will arrive in the late afternoon. Check in at the lodge, relax in the evening and have Dinner.

Day 2 – Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
The long-awaited day is here when we shall encounter the Gorilla forest to meet and greet with the world’s most gentle primates in one of the dense tropical rainforests of the world that will reward you with once in a lifetime unending smiles and memories after setting eyes on the massive ‘Mountain Gorillas’. The Gorilla trekking is never easy or hard, it’s always fun walking through the jungle and experiencing what life is like in the forest. The hike might be short or long depending on the Gorilla movements. After trekking, return back to the lodge and in the evening, you may choose to relax at the lodge or visit the Batwa community which will expose you to their culture basing on how they live, dance, and also hearing stories concerning their culture which will leave you amazed. Have dinner and overnight.

Day 3 – Drive back to Entebbe
Have an early breakfast, check out and start your journey back to Kampala passing through rolling hills with terraces and also you will have a great time viewing the lush vegetation of the different areas you will go through. Have lunch in Mbarara and another stop will be at Mpambire drum makers point. After buying some of these drums, continue to Entebbe arriving late afternoon. The guide will drop you off to the hotel or at the airport for your flight back home.
