Day 1: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

After an early breakfast, start your road drive to Kibale Forest National Park as you enjoy the beautiful countryside landscape. Kibale Forest National Park is found in Fort Portal, a town at the south-western side of Uganda where you will enjoy views of tea plantation and banana plantations. The park is 6-7 hours from Kampala thus you will enjoy an en-route lunch in Fort portal town.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth

After an early breakfast, head over to Kibale Forest Headquarters and get a briefing on the day’s activity. With a ranger guide, you will venture into the jungle in search of the chimpanzees and while tracking, you will be able to spot different animal species like the Red Colobus, Black and white Colobus, Grey-cheeked Mangabey, Olive Baboon, Red-tailed Monkey, and L’Hoest’s Monkey among others and different bird species. You will spend one hour with the chimpanzees as you watch them play, feed and groom each other. In afternoon You will peacefully be driven to Queen Elizabeth national park, distance takes 2 hours and 7 minutes towards the south passing via the Crater Lake area as you enjoy the b beautiful landscape with hills. Relax as you appreciate the breathtaking atmosphere at the park before going for an evening Game drive.

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise along the Kazinga Channel

Enjoy an early breakfast, and head out for a morning game drive to the Kob mating area in Kasenyi. Expect to see elephants, buffaloes, lions and other fauna in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, go for an exciting boat cruise along the Kazinga channel. A good percentage of wildlife is found along this channel including buffalos, hippos and elephants.

Day 4: Transfer back Entebbe

You will wake up at 6am ready to watch African rising sun and enjoy an African breakfast. Drive at your convenience back to Kampala where you will be dropped at a place of your choice or transferred to Entebbe for your evening flight back home.
