4 DAYS WILDLIFE AND GORILLAS IN THE MIST SAFARI

Day 1: Arrival & transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Meet and great at the Airport and depart from Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park for your wildlife and Gorilla Safari. You will have a stopover at the equator for stretching and photography, lunch will be served en-route and proceed to Queen Elizabeth- check in and have a small relaxation then after enjoy an evening game drive where you will sight many wildlife.

Day 2: Early morning game drive, Boat Safari and transfer to blend Forest via Ishasha

Wake up early in the morning and embark on a morning game drive enjoy the game drive with a view of giraffes, elephants, lions, hartebeest and different species of birds, Look out for mammals like the graceful Roth child Giraffe, Jackson’s Hartebeest, Uganda Kob, Defassa Waterbuck, Buffaloes, Elephants, Warthog, Hippos, Oribi and when lucky a leopard and Lion among others. After the game drive head back to the lodge for breakfast, and later head for a boat safari along the Kazinga channel with beautiful views of birds as Lake George connects to lake Edward. You will exit Queen Elizabeth National Park after the boat safari through the Ishasha Plains in the southern sector of the Park for another epic game drive. Ishasha is famous for its iconic tree-climbing lions that climb trees to catch the cool breezes. Continue with your drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for overnight stay.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking day

With an early breakfast and a packed lunch, you will be transferred to the Uganda Wildlife Authority park headquarters where you’ll be briefed on the gorilla tracking which begins at 8:00am. You will then be guided into the jungle to track the shy primates. The trek length varies depending on where the gorillas spent the night, ranging from 30 minutes to 7 hours, once you find the gorilla family, you will spend one hour with them, observing them feed, socialize and display their prowess.

Day 4: Transfer back to Entebbe

Enjoy your breakfast in the morning, thereafter drive to back to Entebbe, here you will also have a chance of viewing wildlife like; birds, monkeys etc. Later, continue with your way whereby you will stop in Mbarara for lunch, after proceed and have a stopover at the equator for photos and you can also buy souvenirs. Arrive in Kampala in the evening then continue to the airport for your outbound flight.
